Painkiller cocktail

Yesterday was National Rum Day and I had my fair share of rum punches. But I am nowhere close to being done celebrating. So I whipped up a Painkiller.

The Painkiller cocktail is a creamy rum concotion perfect for summer. It’s a mix of dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut. It’s important to note that cream of coconut is different than coconut milk. And the two can’t be subbed in this recipe. That’s because cream of coconut has a richer, creamier, sweeter flavor than regular coconut milk. You can find cream of coconut at many supermarkets-CocoLopez is a popular brand. Real Syrups also has their own version that you can find at Target.
