It’s hard to believe that Halloween is right around the corner. So if you’re looking to gather your best ghouls for a night in, I’ve got the perfect cocktail recipe for you. The Witch’s Brew is a sweet, tart mixture of rum, mint and delicious Torani Pomegranate Syrup. Not only is it tasty, it is the perfect blood red color to add to all your Halloween-themed decor. It’s the only drink you’ll need for the upcoming spooky season.

The Witch’s Brew is a bubbly and refreshing concoction with hints of lime and mint. And it even has a little spice with the added ginger beer. But the highlight for me is the pomegranate flavor I infused with Torani Pomegranate Syrup. If you love pomegranates like me but hate having to pluck the tiny seeds to enjoy the fruit, this syrup is exactly what you need. You get the rich, sweet taste of pomegranate without all the work. And the best part is, this syrup was crafted to bring out the best in your drinks so you can use as much as little as you’d like to make a drink you’ll enjoy. Torani syrups are made with real, simple ingredients. And they’re so easy to use in any beverage-from coffee to cocktails.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Torani Pomegranate Syrup:  This is the star ingredient that imparts the real pomegranate flavor. I recommend an ounce. But feel free to add more if you prefer a sweeter drink. Head to torani.com to grab a bottle for yourself.

Rum: I recommend white rum. But vodka and tequila blanco also work pretty well here. If you prefer to make it a mocktail, feel free to leave the alcohol out. The flavor will still be incredible.

Mint: Although you can substitute with another herb, I really think the mint and the pomegranate flavors play well together. Basil and rosemary are also good alternatives.

Lime Juice: Fresh is always best. But if you don’t have limes or no time to juice them, bottled lime juice works fine as well.

Ginger Beer: The ginger beer is the perfect way to add spice and bubbles all in one. If you’re not a fan, you can also sub in sparkling or seltzer water.
